GPSDIRECT DRIVER REDISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Special User License Agreement (SULA) is a legal agreement between the user who has downloaded this software, referenced to this SULA as 'the client' and WWW.TURBOIRC.COM Author 'Chourdakis Michael', for the 'GPSDirect Sensor Driver' and 'GPSReverse Sensor Driver' software including any associated material.

By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software PRODUCT, the CLIENT agrees to be bound by the terms of this SULA. If the CLIENT does not agree, no authorization to install or use the Software Product is granted.

A. GRANT OF LICENSE. 

This Section of the SULA describes the CLIENT's general rights.

    1. The CLIENT is allowed to install the product for evaluation purposes. 
    2. The CLIENT agrees to the fact that this version of the software product is only installed for evaluation purposes and may terminate functioning at any time without previous notice.
	   

B. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

This Section of the SULA describes the rights reserved by the author and/or restrictions applied in section A.
     
    1. The CLIENT may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, dissassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software Product.
    2. This SULA does not grant the CLIENT the right to sublicense all or any portion of this Software Product.
	

C.WARRANTY

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Author provides the entire product and support services (if any) AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy or completeness of responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of viruses, and of lack of negligence, all with regard to the SOFTWARE Product and the provision of or failure to provide support services. ALSO, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE Product.

D. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    1. This SULA is the entire agreement between the CLIENT and The Author relating to the Software Product and the support services (if any) and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Software Product or any other subject matter covered by this SULA. To the extent the terms of any The Author's policies or programs for support services conflict with the terms of this SULA, the terms of this SULA shall control.
